• We design engineering solutions in SolidWorks software
• Design visualization is available for any project implementation phase
• Technical documentation upon agreement in the form of stp, iges, dwg, dxf
• The load-bearing structures of our systems are made entirely of Bosch Rexroth aluminum profiles or as a welded steel profile weldment. At the customer’s request, we are also able to use a different system of profiles or construction.
• Depending on the nature of application and customer requirements for systems ranging from the simplest combinational logic, through programmable logic message (PLR) to programmable logic control (PLC). We focus on efficient Siemens systems, specifically the Logo and Simatic series. Upon the customer’s request, however, we are able to offer other, cost-effective control system solutions.
• As pneumatic elements directly using Festo products
• We have our own design of forming, assembly and electronic tools. We provide production tools in our reputable partner tool shop in the Czech Republic.
• We have our own joinery capacity for the production of accessories and parts made of flat materials (chipboard, laminated chipboard, OSB, MDF, HDF etc.), and also of solid wood, plastic, glass, etc.
